Accounting Fundamentals II
While it is true that accounting professionals are scarce, those with corporate accounting experience are even more rare. This course will build on the knowledge you gained in Charlene Messier's online Accounting Fundamentals course (or another introductory accounting course) to provide you with a solid understanding of corporate accounting practices. In Accounting Fundamentals II, you'll explore such topics as special journals, uncollectible accounts receivable, plant assets, depreciation, notes and interest, accrued revenue and expenses, dividends, retained earnings, and various financial reports for corporations.

QuickBooks Intro Workshop
This class will cover the basics of QuickBooks Pro and basic accounting principles in accordance with GAAP. Business owners will learn how to set up charts of accounts, pay bills, pay sales tax, reconcile bank statement and enter invoices and bills. Also learn how to generate reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss, accounts receivable and accounts payable. You will be able to tailor the software to the unique requirements of your business. NOTE: Instruction is by demonstration and lecture. If you have a laptop with QuickBooks, you are invited to use it in class as you follow the instructor.

QuickBooks Online (TM)
This class covers the basics of QuickBooks Online (QBO) and basic accounting principles in accordance with GAAP. Business owners will learn which QBO version is right for their business and how to set up company account, online banking, credit card set up, importing from QuickBooks Desktop Edition, QBO shortcuts, and the differences between QB Online and Desktop. Learn to work with lists, inventories, accepting payments, reports generating, balance sheets, profit and loss, account receivables and payables. QuickBooks Boot Camp
This 6-hour class is for those who want to set up their company file in QuickBooks. You will need to bring your laptop with the current QuickBooks software installed. Learn how to set up the chart of accounts, item list, format invoices, set up bank feed center, sales tax accounts, vendor and customer files, and set up a few memorized reports. Upon completion of the class, users will be able to invoice clients, download bank transactions, have knowledge to add new accounts to the Chart of Accounts, as well as knowledge on how to classify transactions. You will also know how to print out a Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet.
