Well, You may not save the planet, but you can have a lot of fun preparing and eating food that is made without any heat. Oh boy, you say…another salad! How about pizza, lasagna, “re-tried” beans, pecan pie, and more? Join this adventure to raw-living foods. Class 2– Vegan Recipes, will present an expansion of recipes from Class 1: green smoothie to a soup and salad dressing, parte' dip to a stuffing for peppers and tomatoes with rosemary marinated mushrooms and a tomato basil sauce, and pecan dessert to a pecan pie. NOTE: One class is not a prerequisite for another. Recipes will be provided.
