Well, you may not save the planet, but you can have a lot of fun preparing and eating food that is made without any heat. Oh boy, you say…another salad! How about pizza, lasagna, “re-tried” beans, pecan pie, and more? Join this adventure to raw-living foods. Class 3–Preparation and Dehydration, will feature Coconut Kookies, Apple Spice Kookies, breads, corn chips and krackers. All are easy and tasty. This class will demonstrate using an Excalibur Dehydrator. NOTE: One class is not a prerequisite for another. Recipes will be provided.

Patricia Greer, a grandmother, a passionate foodie, locavore, chronic recycler, and co-host of Eco-Ology on KPFT, 90.1 FM, enjoys talking to folks about food and the chemistry involved. Believing that everyone is already a chef, she offers a spark to kindle spirits.
